The distance between the buildings has been increased to prevent their masses from overlapping. Thanks to the well-planned layouts and the strategic placement of the towers, they have managed to provide expansive views from all apartment windows. Each tower features a spacious lobby with a meeting and negotiation room. “City Bay” residential complex is an example of balance between nature and the urban environment; the dynamic rhythm of city life and calm flow of the river. The variable height of the buildings, gradually rising from the river to the city, and the blending of dense natural materials like brick and stone with sleek glass and metal emphasize a continuity and coexistence of urban and natural environments. In the neighborhood of the parks, four incredible special rhythms begin to sound. Symphony 34 appears.
