Accessible Masonry Gut Renovation
Complete gut-renovation of 1922 Horace Trumbauer-designed masonry colonial house. Complete wheelchair-accessible design included elevator and zero-step entry for all ground floor entrances, with site hardscape, drainage and integrated door details. New accessible kitchen designed with cabinetry created from felled maple tree from property. Passive house principles of continuous air sealing and continuous insulation were applied throughout. 6 kW solar array offset all-electric building energy usage.

Cultural Center Armenia
The Cultural Center in Yerevan is located at the heart of a sports complex for Paralympic athletes a commission that placed accessibility at the very center of the architectural problem, not at its margins.
Yerevan is a city caught between classical grandeur and modernist ambition. The cultural center had to belong to both worlds and serve athletes who depend absolutely on the quality of its spatial organization.
The core concept was simple in its ambition and complex in its execution: to make the ramp the architecture itself, not an add-on to it.
