Fivedot has been at the forefront of Seattle’s movement toward more compact, sustainable housing solutions. Our work with Detached Accessory Dwelling Units (DADUs) reimagines the traditional single-family lot as a flexible framework for multigenerational living, rental opportunities, and gentle density. Caption Fivedot offers it pre-approved design called the Schooner through Seattle and Kirkland’s expedited permitting programs.
