Misumi Annex

This project involves the renovation of a 120-year-old traditional wooden house in the Misumi region of Shimane Japan into an accommodation facility.The building, which looks out to sea and nestles up against a hill at the back of the house, was built as a detached house for the local landlord. Monastery Accommodation

The story of the Franciscan monastery in Rožňava dates back to the begging of the 18th century. Due to the change of the political regime in the second half of the 20th century, it was forced to change its function and gradually began to deteriorate. Civic association Kláštor together with local activists took it upon themselves to transform the monastery into a cultural-creative center with coworking spaces, art studios, accommodation units, a cafe, and a bookshop. The supercar showroom, offices and storage facilities we designed for Lanzante automotive company with overnight accommodation for guests and clients, all combined together in one building.
