The residential complex is located between Pasichna and Pimonenko streets in Lviv. This city area is being actively transformed into a modern residential neighborhood of medium height.
The complex comprises three residential blocks of 3-6 floors, interconnected by pedestrian courtyards. Driveways for cars and entrances to underground parking lots are designed around the perimeter. The right side of the complex was designed in cooperation with Logistruct.

The complex consists of three residential sections: two partially interconnected eight-storey buildings and a sixteen-storey building connected by a common stylobate containing public and commercial functions.
