Bregenz Hypopassage-Gateway to Lake Constance
The newly designed passageway provides a direct link between the city center and Lake Constance, forming an important urban axis and representing a significant step in the development of “Bregenz Mitte.”

Barrier-free and generously dimensioned for pedestrian and bicycle traffic, the passageway crosses under the multi-lane Seestraße, providing direct access to the shores of Lake Constance and the Arlbergbahn railway station. This innovative urban structure promotes a joyful and sustainable way of life in the city of Bregenz.
Connected to the busy Lochau-Bregenz cycle route, the passageway is also used by many people as a direct cycle connection to the city center.

Carandá Educação
A BTS (Built to Suit) development carried out by the developer Patrimônio, the architectural project for Carandá Educação had as its main premise the optimization of costs and construction deadlines, with an extensive and complex program of needs to be implemented on a 3,275.18 m² plot of land. In pursuit of the best result, considerations included optimizing land occupancy and usage, rationalizing the built area, sustainability solutions, accessibility and safety, interactivity between the environments of the program of needs, and connection with the surroundings.

The Park
The Park The project redefines the role of contemporary public space by creating a new destination that combines landscape, water, sport, and collective experience within a single, coherent environment. Located in the southern part of Kraków, the proposal transforms a fragmented and underutilized area into a large-scale district sports and recreation center with a strong public character and regional reach. Rather than designing a traditional park or a standalone sports complex, the project establishes a layered spatial system that integrates everyday use with event-driven intensity.
