Bay House
Bay House is a compact two-bedroom retreat in a 13-acre master plan. The client wanted a home that opened to its surroundings while offering privacy for short stays.

The design is built around three linear bays. One bay houses the bedrooms; the other two form the living core—an open-plan arrangement of living, dining, and kitchen. This setup allows uninterrupted sightlines, cross ventilation, and a direct connection to the gardens. Openings at each end frame views, turning the outdoors into natural extensions of the home.

Few walls and a Roof
The image of a modern office is thinly partitioned open workstations with limited or no privacy, designed with a one-size-fits-all layout. Even with overlapping DNA, no two individuals are truly alike in a family, similarly, individuals in a work family function in their own separate ways. Nonetheless, in both cases, a designer caters to the sum and the parts, as we did for the sales office of an upcoming residential infrastructure project in Ahmedabad - Few Walls and a Roof.
