Villa in Kfar HaNagid

This house was built in village on a former agricultural estate, replacing two old chicken coops that once stood on the site.A chicken coop structure is traditionally based on the principle of two sloped roofs that are detached from each other to allow ventilation and the release of hot air. This unique form served as inspiration for the design of the new building. The concept of ventilating the structure by separating the roofs was preserved in the new house through electrically operated windows that create a gap between the two roofs, facilitating the release of hot air.
