This project; located in Armação de Pêra, Algarve, Portugal; consists in a full remodelling of an existing apartment, for which the client had very precise ideas and several most unusual requirements to be fulfilled. Despite the fact that the apartment is considerably small, it gathers the conditions for a small family to live all its programmatic areas comfortably, without threatening the hypotheses of various and simultaneous types of use, overcoming the needs of its dwellers. This stunning underground house is located in the middle of an old, small village with a church and two cafes. The house has an interesting history as it is owned by charismatic German couple who came to Portugal as “third world developers” to help the region. Fisherman´s house rehabilitation in the historical centre of Ferragudo, Algarve, Portugal.    European property award winner. Casa Vale is a project to replace a former fishermen’s house in the historic centre of Ferragudo, a fishing village on the Atlantic coast in Southern Portugal. 3-Jul-2017 From storage container to urban focal point - Construction of The Silo completed in Copenhagen As the centrepiece of Copenhagen’s redeveloped Nordhavn (North Harbour), Danish architects COBE and clients Klaus Kastbjerg and NRE Denmark unveil the completed transformation of The Silo. The former industrial silo was originally used as a storage container for grain.
