The Tanden luxury clothing showroom occupies a former office in a brutalist 1970s building in a financial district of São Paulo. The initial purpose of the project was to consolidate customer service, design, administration, and production in a single space. Previously, the brand had each of these functions at different addresses in the city, making their production line more difficult. The consolidation also brought some challenges because the commercial building did not match the brand's vibe, and both employees and customers would have to share the same entryway.
