Weekend getaway near Mumbai: Located in a tourist hub a few hours from Mumbai, this hotel serves as a perfect weekend getaway. The challenge while designing of this defunct building was to impart it a contemporary look with  clean lines to the facade. The Reception area over looking the semi-covered swimming pool with its courtyard, makes it a welcoming sight for the visiting guests.  It was a defunct building when clients approached us with a requirement of renovating the structure and converting it into a Boutique Hotel’ boutique hotel located on a one and a half acre of land abutting the Mumbai-Alibaug highway.
