Our capital city is constantly changing, but no neighborhood in Amsterdam is undergoing as much transformation as Amstel III. Under the name SPOT (Superior Plan of Transformation), part of the area will be transformed into a lively residential and working district. Real estate developers COD and DUQER are the driving force behind this transformation, with the masterplan developed by KAAN Architects.
