Minimal Pivot door can have a completely flat appearance without any visible rebate. Sash dimensions have been minimized to 39mm for doors ranging 5 meters in height. It can have a custom made multi lock system that is able to seal the door all the way to the top via multiple wedges and mushrooms.
Electric locking is also available to allow ease of access from outside via a remote, keypad or phone application. Various threshold designs are available including a hidden drainage gutter.
Electric Minimal Pivot system is available with top and bottom mounted motors for carrying out the rotational movement. Electric locking is also available as an option. More

Pivot hinges for impressive ‘room dividers’
An innovative 360° pivot hinge was developed for Anyway Doors’ impressive ‘room divider’ concept. This enables the creation of extra-large doors or walls without built-in parts in the floor. The pivot hinges are attached on top of the finished floor and are invisibly incorporated in the door or wall. They are equipped with a mechanical comfort catch with automatic 90° positioning to lock the door or wall when open. The pivot hinges enable feather-light operation of an element weighing up to 150 kg, opening/swinging in both directions, or as desired limited to one single turning direction.
