Oldham Leisure Centre

Calthorpe Park School

Calthorpe Park is a popular secondary school in Fleet. To accommodate increasing numbers, Hampshire Local Authority commissioned an ambitious building programme to expand the school’s capacity to 1450 pupils. This contemporary development includes a new 14 classroom block, library, reception area, technology and art rooms, dining area and a multi-use hall. Knauf AMF ceiling and wall solutions were chosen to provide outstanding acoustic control and enable the school to reduce its energy consumption. Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre

Holly Hill Leisure Center

100m men’s breaststroke Olympic Gold medallist, Adam Peaty, opened the £9m Holly Hill Leisure Centre to the huge excitement of Fareham residents who had successfully campaigned for a new community pool in the area. Holly Hill has a 25m swimming pool, learner pool, gymnasium, exercise rooms and dance studio. Knauf AMF provided acoustic solutions to help create a facility fit for future Olympic athletes. Imperial War Museums

A Mapei system of flooring products has been specified as part of a major redevelopment at IWM London. Part of the Imperial War Museums, the historic museum has been transformed to mark the centenary of the First World War; the design– created by architects Foster + Partners - improves access, circulation, as well as creating new vistas to the park outside. Mapei’s high performance cementitious flooring system, Ultratop, was chosen to complement the exhibits and provide a low maintenance floor coupled with resistance to heavy pedestrian traffic.
