Designed by TANGRAM Architekten as part of the TETEM 3 development, De Weverij marks the final architectural statement in the redevelopment of Roombeek. Built on the site of a former textile hall, the residential building reconnects the area to its industrial heritage while introducing a bold, contemporary identity. Located in the heart of Nantes, the Maison de l’Innovation stands as a landmark for sustainable urban development. As the largest timber-frame construction in Western France, the project reflects the city’s strong commitment to ecological design, circular thinking, and future-oriented architecture. Skypark Business Center in Luxembourg is a striking airport development where architecture, movement and material expression come together. Located next to Luxembourg Airport, the building forms part of the wider Airport City development and is designed as a sustainable business destination with offices, retail, hospitality and public spaces. For this project, Alumet supplied anodized aluminium in AluCopper 02. The warm copper tone supports the building’s sculptural shape and gives the façade a strong visual identity from every angle. The tall office building, accompanied by its expansive flat side extension, was ideally situated: Golzheim is a well-connected and diverse neighborhood. In 2019, we collaborated with the MOMENI Griup, residents, and local stakeholders in the “Westlich Kennedydamm” workshop to envision the area's future development, considering various usage needs and conditions. Building upon this groundwork, we set out to rejuvenate the former Nordstern insurance company branch. Functionally, the building was well designed by Philipp Holzmann AG and built in 1973 to high standards. But in many ways, it had become dated. Our capital city is constantly changing, but no neighborhood in Amsterdam is undergoing as much transformation as Amstel III. Under the name SPOT (Superior Plan of Transformation), part of the area will be transformed into a lively residential and working district. Real estate developers COD and DUQER are the driving force behind this transformation, with the masterplan developed by KAAN Architects.
