Apartment Ráfia
The Interior Design of the Ráfia duplex apartment is named after the couple's twin children, Ravi and Sofia, and also symbolizes one of the chosen plants for the project. Our office was hired to bring life to the newly built 156m2 apartment, customizing every detail to meet the family's needs and desires. The Ráfia Apartment was designed to bring modernity, combining comfort without put aside Tulli's identity : black, biophilia, industrial and the play of volumes with straight lines. With touches of wood, marble and linear lighting, this apartment became unique and fulfilled exactly with the clients' wishes.

Modera Lofts by Mill Creek
With Modera Lofts, Mill Creek didn’t just restore a century old brick distribution building that served Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs. With a keen eye for preservation and adaptive reuse, they preserved and incorporated many of the items rescued from its days as a distribution hub for Butler Brothers.

In addition to an opened and modernized interior highlighting the brick and thick wood beam construction, Mill Creek added a world class roof deck for tenants to enjoy the spectacular views of Manhattan across the river. The entire roof of this historic structure was redemised into dining areas, a sports field, and outdoor cinema, with plenty more space for lounging in the sun or having sunset drinks.
