705 W Dilido Residence
Modern Residence located on a dry lot of the DiLido Island in Miami Beach. 3,850 sq ft of living area that shapes and proposed a solution for a challenged corner lot, minimizing the impact and strategically integrated with the neighborhood thanks to a shift back of the house in the large section of the lot, giving the open space to the street where the pool and outdoor areas are a visual extension of the urban space. Vertical Louvers has been introduced on the 2nd floor balconies to provide another floating shape to this modern residence. Also this was the 1st residence where Porche Design Studio lighting (Apure) has been introduced, opening a new level of design intent in a lot of this characteristics.
