Completed in 2026 by NiMa Design, Oborishte 26 is a contemporary residential building located in the historic Oborishte neighbourhood, in the heart of Sofia, Bulgaria. The project replaces a deteriorated Brutalist structure from the Socialist period, using the character of the former building as one of the starting points for the new design. Rather than erasing the site's recent architectural history, the project reinterprets its Brutalist qualities through a contemporary residential language. KA 11 Residential Building

KA11 is a residential building situated in the heart of Sofia, within the Lozenets district. Designed by IPA – Architecture and more, the project redefines the urban landscape by skillfully balancing scale, materiality, and context. The building features five residential floors, including an attic level, a ground floor with commercial spaces, and an underground level. Building 15

The newly completed production and administrative complex for Balev, designed by IPA - Architecture and more, represents a significant industrial development. Investor behind the project is Balev Corporation EOOD, the owned of the AREON brand, a market leader in fragrances for cars, homes, and offices.
