Spaces Villas

A symphony of Cycladic tradition & Italian sophistication   Spaces Villas was a first investment in Mykonos for the clients, a firm with over 40 years of experience in building sector in Italy. The first step was to find a plot of land in an ideal location, with a building permit already approved. We found a place where the sun meets the sky and sea, an idyllic setting like Fanari in Mykonos. Once the location was chosen, the already approved building permit needed to be transformed to a better studied project. Everything came into place under the rubric of Mykonian minimalism, Cycladic tradition and Italian style. The two-villas complex was envisioned, built and equipped with every detail in mind so as to ensure a truly unique M... More

Villa Agavi 1

Minimal Architecture in fusion with Tradition   Villa Agavi 1 is a spacious 9-person sea view villa. It is one of the Agavi Villas, a complex of three independent villas with south view to the bay of Kalafatis, the area of Divounia and the island of Dragonissi.  The design main concept was to combine the Traditional Architecture of the island and the modern facilities requested for villas destined to summer rental. The result is an elegant game of volumes between Cycladic style and modern lines, sublimated by a meticulous lighting study and materials choice.  The 25cm width oak solid wood flooring, the cosy wood and linen furniture, the white-washed wooden ceiling, the cement screed floors done according to the local art... Villa Iona

Renovation of a traditional Mykonian Farmhouse Villa Iona is one of the few remaining traditional Mykonian Farmhouses called in greek “Horio”. It has been constructed in the middle of the 19th century, together with a small chapel that today is still existing but don’t belong anymore to the same property. The concept of the project really was to renovate the Horio with the less intervention possible, using the building defects, exaggerating the irregularity of the traditional lime plaster and then to introduce only few modern minimalist lines. The layout and the circulation of the old Horio has been kept: each room is independent with each other and their union is made only from the outside.  It has a living room, a k...
