The concept is about creating a sustainable and inspiring city environment where people can work and live close to nature.  Located on the slopes of the Vitosha mountain, near the city center, it offers a mix of high-tech business environment and multi-family residential areas. Our work for the Colegio de Gestores Administrativos de Valencia starts with offering a new office concept for their centralized traffic service headquarters. The premises from which we started had been reformed more than 20 years ago, so this project has been an innovation challenge with the intention of improving their work space and designing a welcoming office adapted to today's needs. The main objective has been to transmit elegance and closeness through the contrast of noble materials such as wood, and more contemporary materials such as black profiles and micro cement. Geekie is a company that works with SP62 since its first headquarters. As the years went by, the educational company reached more than 12 million students. There are platforms, games, scans and several impactors made by the sector in Brazil. Changing the reality of thousands of people was the main motto we used. On the facade, you can see the line that rises and goes to the sky, without limits. Basic materials such as cement, iron and wood were used together with the brand's colors to build a functional, symmetrical environment and theater of great ideals. More

We worked closely with Inside Studio and At Workbase‘s owner to turn their vision of the space a reality. We had the mandate to provide lighting fixtures that would not only illuminate but also define their space. This concept of shared officed aims for a family aesthetic. so we custom made many decorative fixtures in bright colors and unique shapes.  Richporter Lighting was able to ease the entire ordering and coordinating process regardless of the very large number of manufacturers involved in the project and ensured the right items were on site at the right time. This project consists of the interior remodeling of the offices of PANEDGE, a panel industry and commerce company. The building consists of two floors, with the reformulation on the lower floor consisting only of the entrance area and an adjoining large room, and, on the upper floor, it would be a reformulation of all spaces. The building's entrance is centralized, so we ended up with a hall that "divided" the building. Mozhdeh office building is located in a ​​440 square meters site on Mozhdeh street in the former location of Niavaran police station. The client asked a commercial unit on the ground level with 80% occupancy and providing administrative units in upper stories with 60% occupancy. After the initial study, the issues that the design team considered, was program, tectonic and construction norm. The common plan of administrative and commercial projects for maximum use of the land causes the inefficient plan, so we have decided to change the project’s program. The office was designed to accommodate visiting clients and to attract potential new business. The design emphasizes the integration of, and collaboration among, BCG’s three operational disciplines: design, engineering, and consulting. Architectural Office “BiroPlus” from Vrsac, has opened a branch office in the center of Belgrade, municipality of Stari Grad.
