Neon Condos
Located in the heart of Yonge and Eglinton this fully built residential community development is 67.4 m in height, housing 218 units over 20 floors.
Situated at the corner of one of Toronto’s most popular neighborhoods, Neon Condos boast a distinctly contemporary design with a blue-tinted glass and steel façade. This striking Toronto condo rises 20 storeys above the vibrant Yonge and Eglinton streetscape.
Designed to transition from the low rise residential area to high-rise mixed-use core. This 15 floor tower sits on a 5 storey podium in addition to 2 storey townhouses which face Duplex Avenue.
