Daarbast Café is about 376 square meters. The main goal of its interior design is creating social interaction among people. The possibility for establishing other branches of the café in future was considered in order to fulfill the owner’s request. Scaffolds are used as the main structure of design which grants an identity to the space. A part of the exterior wall is destroyed to benefit from sun light and natural views. The scaffold provided the context in which we could increase the area of the space and create visual transparency. The building parameters of the Business Center focus on the creation of a new building to support the Industrial Park activities. Its architectural character develops the combination of diverse perspectives and factors. Its materialization manifests itself in the design of the façade, in the relation of the spaces of the building and in the metaphorical presence of the "natural" elements of topography, the large green area and the variations of the light. The established relations are not static, but rather dynamic. We intend to establish relationships that are open, flexible, mutant and adapt to the life and use of the building and exterior spaces. Yazd is a city with very little precipitation, located on the Iranian plateau with a brilliant architectural and urban history of design. The design process began with a mixed use program containing shopping and commercial spaces. This project was designed with regard to its unique geographical demographic location, while considering 21 century futuristic design and the objectives and goals of our client. Fisherman´s house rehabilitation in the historical centre of Ferragudo, Algarve, Portugal.    European property award winner. Casa Vale is a project to replace a former fishermen’s house in the historic centre of Ferragudo, a fishing village on the Atlantic coast in Southern Portugal. A column of natural light as a core element turns a house into a living object. 103 house in Algarve, Portugal, depicts a different perspective. Squeezed between two traditional neighbourhood fishermen´s houses, the limited front width led the Studio to develop the new project inwardly. The architects have made the most of formerly adverse disposition: the sloping and irregular topography has been fully exploited in virtue of spatial colonization that allows for the extension of the different enclosed rooms beyond their indoor limits.
