The Villa Eugénie is located on a long plot of land at the corner of two streets, rue Dombasle and avenue Sainte Eugénie, a cul-de-sac. After the completion of the sports centre delivered in 2010, the construction of a new archery facility and an outdoor shooting range was the second phase of the operation to renovate and modernise the French National Institute of Sport, Expertise and Performance (INSEP). The archery building combines the programmatic demands of a high level sport with a simple, readily understandable organisational principle.   The building’s shape calls to mind a pavilion. Appartement Estienne

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a 4-story building from the 1930s in Colombes (suburbs of Paris). This Souplex of 72sqm has the particularity of being crossing and surrounded by two private courtyards. The goal of this renovation is to transform the layout of the spaces to optimize the uses.  The kitchen has been moved closer to the entrance to become a central living place, taking full advantage of the south-east light.  The living room is planned as a large modular space in the extension of the kitchen and can accommodate a bedroom with a light partition or a wooden rotating screen. A PROJECT DEVELOPED ON A LISTED SITE The land chosen for the Russian Orthodox Spiritual & Cultural Centre project in Paris was originally occupied by the former headquarters of Meteo France. It is close to a number of very popular Parisian tourist attractions and it is adjacent to the banks of the River Seine.
