Casa Topo: Conception of the Project This project is conceived with the premise of minimizing its impact on the environment, looking for the house to be perceived smaller than it really is. For this, the lower level of the house (which contains the social and service areas) is semi-buried and it is given a rustic and organic treatment, since it is the level that physically relates to nature, while in contrast, the upper level, the one that contains the bedrooms, is considered as a pure block (completely covered in wood) apparently simply resting on the ground.The first level (level of income to the project), which contains the bedrooms, is presented as a large wooden box resting on the ground. Edificio Multifamiliar Plenamar
Edificio Multifamiliar de 12 plantas más azotea y 4 sótanos en un terreno en esquina con 2 frentes a pocos metros del malecón de Miraflores en Lima, Perú.
El Terreno se ubica en la esquina de las calles José de la Torre Ugarte con Contralmirante Villar, en el distrito de Miraflores en Lima, Perú. En un terreno de 440.00m2 con vista a la bahía de Chorrillos y al parque Miguel Grau.
El encargo del proyecto fue realizar la mayor cantidad de departamentos de tres dormitorios, teniendo como pie forzado que tres de ellos fueran de como mínimo 350.00m2.
