The Andromeda, an interior renovation by PT ARCH Studio, reimagines roof attic into a “cockpit” where every family member plays a role in a shared voyage toward a distant galaxy. The space is entirely sealed, with no direct sunlight, which required design strategies to carefully control climate, lighting, and immersive atmosphere. QUANG The challenge of a low-sloped roof became a driver for spatial organization. The computer workstations were arranged within areas of sufficient headroom, while the lower edges near the terrarium were transformed into a “comfort zone” for reclining and immersive rest.
