Apartment Psyhiko
Phase One: New floor plan
For this charming apartment in Psychiko, Athens I was asked to redesign the living room while maintaining the existing floor plan as much as possible.
The original layout featured a separate entrance hall and a kitchen connected through a hallway that led to the private quarters. The challenge was to create a more open, functional space while preserving the apartment’s unique character.

The Multiple Frames Apartment
The apartment is located in an elegant 1960’s apartment building in the neighborhood of Neapoli, in the center of Athens. The objectives of the design intervention were to deal with the compartmentalized plan and poor lighting in the entrance and circulation spaces, while giving the apartment a second life that would let it retain its original identity and relationship with the era it was built.

The Wooden Box Apartment
he project concerns the redesign of a 1960’s Athenian apartment in the neighborhood of Pagkrati in Athens. One major issue of the old spatial arrangement was the compartmentalized plan and narrow circulation spaces, that did not allow the desirable amount of light in the apartment.
