No new construction, but the adaptation of the existing warehouses saves resources and thus fits into the existing building structure. The new retracted areas thus compress the area inwards without enlarging the building envelope. The converted warehouses are supplied by a fresh air system in order to make the working atmosphere as pleasant as possible and to prevent signs of fatigue due to lack of oxygen.
