Les Lignes
Proposing a residential tower in a peri-urban area of France brings many challenges. The site—between a highway, the Seine, a power plant, and an industrial factory—is flood-prone and reflects the legacy of 1960s–70s housing estates. Despite this, the project aims to reclaim neglected land and support urban densification as a way to combat sprawl and create value.

Claramaría
Projects often emerge from site constraints, regulations, or programmatic needs. In the Claramaría building, these were fully integrated into its design. The result is both ordinary and distinct: ordinary in its compliance with all local zoning codes—shape, setbacks, heights, slab thicknesses; distinct in its reinterpretation of massing, where setbacks at each level allow vegetation to grow, forming hanging gardens and private outdoor spaces.

Green Court Residences
The Green Court Residences is an unique apartment building unit in Budapest’s condominium architecture because of its volume and façade formulation. The architects designed the building based on elegancy and generosity required by the Client, which is most noticable by the moderate color-use, yet exciting façade geometry. The façade’s character is created by the balconies’ zigzag geometry. The balcony slabs and balustrades protrude and are set back the same way in opposite directions on the different floors, creating a rhytmically changing surface.

The Pergolenviertel describes the „block in the green“ in the urban environment between Hamburg‘s City Nord and Barmbek. The static blocks, which open up to nature with passages in the form of round arches, sit in the green space originally used as an allotment settlement, which flows through and shapes the new quarter.
