Police Cafe
Police Cafe, an innovative cafe project idea, initiated by The Sirajganj District Police Cooperative Society aimed at strengthening positive relationships between the law enforcement agency and the community. Driven by the vision of the Sirajganj District Police Chief, the goal was to create an inviting space where families and friends could enjoy food amid greenery that evokes interaction with each other and builds community spirit.

The very first cafe banking branch dedicated to women entrepreneurs, professionals, students, employees and homemakers alike . Where all women will be considered as a priority guest regardless of the size of deposit. A place to work, to hang out, to meet or to relax while addressing their banking needs . Truly a place "for women" , run "by women" and "by women" .
Kudos to the top management of the City Bank Limited for their pioneering initiative for relying on TKNRK and team Vista Interiors Ltd to design and implement this milestone project. More

Sanchita Residence
“Shanchita” means a “collection of memories”, in a way to treasure. The lifestyle of Dhaka has considerably changed over the last 35 years. Beautiful one unit houses with gardens have been replaced by uncaring high-rise apartments. Today’s apartments serve only to provide us with a residence and do little to become a home. The houses of the yesteryears held a rich collection of memories because families lived together, their gardens were treasured by the children to the elderly. There trees, verandas, terraces were not just elements but integral part of the life of the occupants.
The clients aspired for a 'Baganbari' - house in a garden, where their own children could grow up with ample places to play... More

In today's day and age, when there seems to be an inclination to use technology and complex design strategies to achieve a "green" solution in building design. One must not forget that one of the most sensible ways to create an "environment friendly" architecture is to use the "environment" itself.
