Café Bellou Coffee – Hannover

A small café in a prime location in Hannover — around 35 m² that had to be designed with precision. From concept through construction drawings to on-site coordination, the entire project was managed from a single point of contact — and coordinated remotely. A simple contemporary design for a small wine bar-shop with the concept of enhancing wine culture through tastings of a regularly updated selection of wines by the glass from around the world in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The bar is located in the courtyard of one of Belgrade's bustling central streets. It originally featured a mezzanine, a glass staircase, and a column that the owners, a sommelier with extensive wine expertise and his wife, wished to integrate into the new interior. Origami Bar is located on Middle Huaihai Road near the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, the owner is a young man with a perfect score of "alcoholism". After quitting his job and looking back on his rich life experiences, he had the idea of opening a bar. Juice Brothers x Nutri Bowl

Nutri Bowl, specialised in cold-pressed juices, and Nutri Bowl, pioneer in healthy to-go meals, are joining forces in a new roll-out concept. Ninetynine was asked to develop a modular, scalable shop-in-shop concept which resulted in an inverted island bar which brings the customer – and not the staff – to the heart of the brand-controlled environment.   The design is based on a grid of 40x30x30 cm blocks. Our special projects and interior design team started a dialog with the client and created a mood board with creative suggestions.After a detailed design and procurement period we produced accurate photorealistic images for the proposed design. Daarbast Café is about 376 square meters. The main goal of its interior design is creating social interaction among people. The possibility for establishing other branches of the café in future was considered in order to fulfill the owner’s request. Scaffolds are used as the main structure of design which grants an identity to the space. A part of the exterior wall is destroyed to benefit from sun light and natural views.
