Janeiro

Lago commissioned the Studio to design a piece which is familiar to the designers, who have been studying that typology for years, developing functional, long-lasting, quality solutions. Janeiro interprets and combines the spirit of Lago and Bartoli Design: an unconventional soul, solid and long lasting materials shaping rigorous geometries, a contemporary approach in meeting the demand for products with a strong language. Hence Janeiro, a table distinguished by its fine play on balance, volumes and materials. The base is formed by two dome-shaped solids, positioned one above the other in a perfect balance, supporting the top, made of clear or smokey glass, allowing the peculiar base to be seen. Light and delicate is the match of the two... More

After the renovation, Bartoli Design gave identity to the spaces creating a bright, contemporary... More

O-O

The O-O project sees the coming back of Bartoli Design to the world of bathroom design and the start of the collaboration with Rexa Design, specialized in creating products made of solid surface materials. With this family of basins, the Studio expresses some of their peculiar design features: clarity and harmonious forms bringing about an understated elegance. As Bartoli Design explains, “O-O implements our design research to reach both a structural and aesthetic balance: in this case, two cylinders with very different proportions are combined to result in a family of washbasins. The Poe desks were created from the desire to design a family of small tables, for moments of meditation, working and individual passions. Inspired by antique escritoirs, reviewed with essentiality and lightness, they may stand in the centre of the room or in a corner - with any orientation – and the idea of contemplation with oneself is representeby the top rounded shape. The legs, featuring an ovoid section, create a smooth and precious effect in the details. The hand- finished version with rye-straw generates a wonderful paly of light which enhances the bases shape.  More

Joko

Studio Bartoli Design had been working for years on a project for a poetically minimalist chair. The outcome is Joko, an absolute product. The difficulty lay in minimising it as far as possible, without making it too basic or rigid. Its continuous surface can be upholstered in a variety of materials: in leather and in fabric in different colours and versions.
