This London Refurbishment by Studio 3A is a bold yet sensitive refurbishment of a Victorian semi-detached home in Fulham, London. Designed for a young family, the project transforms a dark, segmented house into a warm, light-filled space rich in materiality and character. A steel beam dating back to previous interventions is shown and exalted, becoming a decorative element of the living area and a sign of partition between the living room and kitchen. The focal point of the living area is the island covered in sage-colored three-dimensional tiles. Located in Espai Serrahima, a hub for artistic and cultural companies, this former industrial building has been renovated to serve as a contemporary workspace. The building was originally a textile factory, with a concrete-and-steel addition constructed in the 1970s, giving the complex an eclectic character within Barcelona. Over the years, the space was repeatedly transformed, accommodating uses ranging from parking and warehousing to a culinary research center before its conversion into office space. A narrow slope, with both transversal and longitudinal drops. The strategy was simple: to fill the gaps that were offered to us. A small earthwork solved the implantation of the garage. From there, the house develops linearly, in a constant dialogue with the trees and the view of the local landscape. Moca Estudio presents  this restaurant with our Zelij collection, with a handmade appearance and glossy finish. The project is developed in a 300 square meter area, in a listed historic building built in 1925. Caption The restaurant is divided into 5 consecutive rooms, where different types of volumes with very defined qualities alternate.
