TRADITION AND MODERNITY
The project is proposed as a careful intervention that will mediate between the existing constructions and the new ones. The formal resolutions of the proposed architectures dialogue with the traditional roofs of riverside constructions with 4-sloped roofs. The will of the new is to fit into the system of pre-existing buildings to be restored and preserved.

Restaurant CVCN
The Costa Nova Sailing Club, one of the oldest nautical clubs in the Ria de Aveiro estuary area, was divided into 3 main spaces: the restaurant, the club members bar and the terrace. For each of these spaces, there was a specific audience with different preferences and traditions, which caused the great challenge of this project. We intended to renew a space damaged by time and, at the same time, to maintain the recognizable space of the “old”, respecting the memories and their value, still relevant to all members of the Club.

This prestigious beach club overlooks the Bay of Luanda, During the day, it is a destination for the young and hip crowd that wants to chill around the picturesque granite pool while enjoying a four star restaurant. In the evening, the restaurant and the pool area becomes a luxurious setting for a nightclub under the star . the club offers also various amenities such as sauna, Jacuzzi, steam rooms, gym, squash and tennis courts.
