Luxury summer villa in Jávea, Costa Blanca.
Tailor-made, 95% built in factory, and designed for family reunions by the Mediterranean. Infinity pool, open-plan interiors and a central piano define this unique example of bespoke modular architecture.
Set on a cliff in Jávea, in the heart of Spain’s Costa Blanca, this spectacular modular villa was custom-designed by Casas inHAUS. Spanning 572 m² over three levels, the home was conceived as a summer retreat and family gathering place for an international family spread across the globe. The goal was clear: to create a home where everyone could come together, enjoy each other's company, and make the most of the Mediterranean climate.

Beach House
Located on a beautiful waterfront property, this new-build 2,100 sf beach house will be a much needed retreat for the city-dwelling clients. A rooftop terrace provides sweeping views of the sandy beachfront, while a projected two-storey volume provides privacy to the deck at grade. The material palette takes cues from the surrounding nature implementing driftwood-grey tones for the wood cladding and neutral shades for the interior finishes. More

Casa dos Abraços

Casa dos Abraços is situated in the fishing village of Ferragudo, Algarve, Southern Portugal.
The historic centre of Ferragudo is an extremely sensitive area to work and we believe that our intervention should be balanced harmonious and above all integrated with the surrounding architecture.
The plot is embraced by an alley. The studio decided to explore the concept following this movement.
The exterior walls of the building follow the irregular shape of the alley as a consequence of the embracing gesture.
The interiors reflect this movement which is enhanced by the strategic positioning of the staircase achieving fluidity and openness throughout the building.

Lomas B15 Beach House
El encargo fue diseñar una casa de tres niveles, con las áreas sociales en el último nivel para tener así la mejor vista hacia la playa y los dormitorios en los dos primeros niveles.
La casa debía tener 5 dormitorios, ambientes de estar y una zona social con piscina y cocina abierta.
