The project enhances the exceptional view by creating a panoramic rooftop belvedere atop the parking structure, a true staging of the descent towards the Mediterranean. The belvedere, bordered by a recreated rooftop landscape inspired by the Roche de Roquebrune, evokes a semi-vegetal, semi-mineral natural environment that fosters biodiversity and ecosystems. Caption A large circular bench enlivens the public space and can be reconfigured to host cultural events, markets and various gatherings. A panoramic walkway connects the belvedere to the lower parking level, running alongside the reimagined rocky landscape. On the western edge, a winding staircase, as if carved into the rock, links all open-air levels. Caption More
