The double-layer facade concept comprises an exterior double-glazing of mainly transparent panels, and an interior layer of structurally independent steel mullions, both of which, created using non-linear rectangular shapes, compose the overall design language, inspired by De Stijl. The interior layer also works as shelving, and can accommodate elements such as coloured glass vases that add even more atmosphere to the internal space.A unique and dynamic feature is the aquarium-style boxes cantilevering form of the exterior layer, with coloured glass panels interspersed throughout to help maintain privacy but at the same time bring in atmospheric light.
