Having total 12 different types of residential units making for total 204 units in the building, the approximate gross square footage of the building was 247,819 SF.

We were given an ambitious and very rare task for the Moscow market - to develop an executive BIM-model for the Business Park with underground parking. This made it easier to collect data and created a single information space for all actors - developers, contractors and banks.
