Biscayne bay

In a privileged plot by Biscayne Bay in Miami, the proposal is for a high-end single-family residence. Given the bay interface at the back of the lot, the program of requirements is arranged to maximize contact between the social areas and the water. On the ground floor, a transverse bar housing the social areas is positioned facing the bay. As a counterpoint, a service area is located at the opposite end of the lot.
