Bob W. Kamppi represents a strategic and sustainability-led reinvention of a 1970s concrete office building in the heart of Helsinki. Developed by Europe’s fastest-growing hospitality operator Bob W., with interiors by award-winning Finnish studio KOKO3 and architectural design by Avarrus Architects, the project converts an obsolete workplace into 99 fully furnished studios and one-bedroom apartments. The design leverages the existing structure composed of exposed concrete, deep floorplates, and 70s-era geometries.
