Bez Rodzynek

Bez Rodzynek is a small cake studio in Poznań, where the entire venture fits into a single compact interior. The project was developed by the mode:lina™ architects team, with Kinga Kin as the author of the concept. The starting point for the project was the world of sweets. The designer deconstructed a cake into its basic components, translating piped cream borders, frosting and jellies into a design language. These motifs return in the interior as the rhythm of cornices, rounded profiles and repeated details. Keki Shop

The project began with a client’s request to create a space for Japanese brand LeTAO that would tie seamlessly with the local neighbourhood and meet the brand’s reputation for excellence. Scott Norsworthy Explorations of the manufacturing process that creates LeTAO’s signature cheesecakes and cookies were an influence in the design process. They are baked in moulds with paper lining and the richness and texture of wrinkled paper is a recognizable trait. They resonated with the processes used to build the neighbourhood. T by Luxbite

The design of the new addition to the Luxbite family, patisserie "T by Luxbite", aims to show that the best things can come in small packages, just like their pastries within. The overall design focuses on the presentation and quality of the shop’s unique products; complementing them without overshadowing them.The shop's name is derived from their sale pastry of choice, tarts. Similarly, the meticulous interior design draws inspiration from the intricately crafted tarts. The shop's 19sqm ground floor corner location along Flinders Lane required a stronger emphasis on shop-front prominence, and maximizing the use of all available internal space. The owners required 5 separate purpose-built fridges to fit within the shop's footprint...
