Designed for the New Way of Working Enabling the New Way of Working has been a central theme in the development of the Capgemini Dutch headquarters at Leidsche Rijn, Utrecht. This is reflected in the absence of columns in the open-plan office spaces with hot desks, interchangeable common spaces and a central atrium that serves as a welcoming meeting place and networking plaza. On nice days, the inner courtyard, that is directly connected to the atrium, can also be used to work or enjoy lunch. The open-plan office spaces are interrupted by meeting rooms that create private work spaces for flexible use.
