Cicerón 213 Located in Polanco, one if not the most exclusive neighborhood in Mexico City, this residential project holds 4 apartments, one per floor.  The project aligns with the local urban normativity which mandates a three-meter restriction from the street on the first three levels plus another three meters on the fourth floor. Finally, the normativity mandates an extra meter at the front on one of the sides of the plot. Taking this in consideration, the front limits of the building create an imaginary zig zag line that goes deeper into the plot from left to right.
