With an area of 511 square meters and located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods of Miami, the property is a 50’s building total renovation by Citizen Artist. The designers never lost sight of the idea of developing a design that evokes the heyday of Miami’s Art Deco period by re-interpreting it, however, in a contemporary way.
