The Chabahar Industrial Factory project, located in Chabahar industrial town, started its process from the basic study phase. At first, the client’s order was to design a series of service and residential spaces for the industrial sheds. But upon entering the site of the project, we realized that the shed structure was ready for installation in the factory and unfortunately, it was not possible to be changed it.

Chabahar Resort
Chabahar Resort Project is a residential-recreational project in Ramin region of Chabahar. The project’s site is located between the main road of Chabahar-Baris and the Oman Sea. The cultural, social, historical, climatic and geographical characteristics of the context, as well as the project’s program, created a number of questions that were attempted to be answered with a proper stance. Due to the wide length of the site, the east-west axis was considered as the dominant and the north-south one as the active axis of the site. Bazaar (CHAP-RAST)
Architectural design in some regions with indigenous culture and lifestyle, is a challenge and is like acrobatic moves on a narrow rope.
The project was defined as the design of a bazaar for local vendors, most of whom are indigenous girls selling their handicrafts, and the reason for defining the project was the urgent need to provide safe shelter for them.
