SEAFRONT RESORT | PORTES LITHOS LUXURY RESORT
The development of the luxury hotel Portes Lithos Luxury Resort, was organized in a coastal area of Kassandra Chalkidiki, in a special protected wetland with sand dunes, and a rare species of plant that thrives in the area, the lilium. The primary design goal was to respect the natural landscape and preserve the uniqueness of the area. The hotel consists of 130 rooms and suites with private pools and unobstructed views of the sea and private gardens. The common areas include the reception, the dining room, wellness and entertainment areas as well as the common pool overlooking this unique natural landscape. ArtHill eco Villas
The choice to construct 5 villas in one of the most popular areas of Sithonia region in Chalkidiki, Greece, came with the prerequisite of respect to tradition in combination of the contemporary values of sustainability and circular economy.
ArtHill eco Villas are consisted of 5 two-level villas that were created as touristic accommodation, designed to offer a unique experience to each visitor. From the beginning, the main issue was the integration of Greek tradition and hospitality in the buildings’ approach. A warm sense that would embrace every person that lives inside.

Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort
In the location of Kanistro at Chalkidiki, overlooking Sithonia and Mount Athos, the luxurious hotel complex virtually emerges from the ground. The "integration" of the building within the site is combined with its northern orientation, offering cool conditions to its guests during the summer period. The slope and the morphology of the terrain allow the unobstructed view towards the sea. Moreover, the building’s special placement, ensures a high level of privacy, hiding the main circulation artery from public view.
