The design of [Bu:r] spaces was born from the collaboration with Chef Eugenio Boer and Carlotta Perilli through an intense dialogue based on research and mutual contamination. Sara Magni The spaces are conceived to create intimate and welcoming environments, in constant balance between innovation and tradition. The use of techniques and raw materials typical of Italian culture, reinterpreted in an unusual way, reflects Boer’s culinary journey across the peninsula and his attention to tradition, while simultaneously highlighting the Chef’s innovative and unconventional spirit.
