Since its humble beginnings in 2015, the workshop has ascended to the pinnacle of the culinary scene, garnering praise and honors, notably with Chloé receiving the prestigious Lauriers de la gastronomie québécoise as pastry chef of the year 2022. With their flourishing success, these two artisan entrepreneurs have decided to transform their space, turning it into a workshop-boutique where every corner breathes the art of gourmet confectionery.

CHOC HOUSE
The CHOC house, a four-story house previously designed in a rustic style and plagued by numerous infrastructure issues, underwent a comprehensive redesign and renovation process.

The Demonstration Center for Confectionery Factory
The demonstration center for the Confectionery Factory in Kiev is the first realized object in the framework of a large-scale Roshen Plaza reconstruction project.The cinema, demonstration production line and tasting room are now located on the site of the former production facility. In a relatively small premise three excursions can occur at the same time without allowing the visiting groups to see each other. The excursion program can vary according to the time available. In the decoration of the rooms for visitors pleasant to the touch wooden surfaces were chosen.
