The SEED
At the end of April 2026, West Bund Central Phase II, at the northern reach of Shanghai's Xuhui Waterfront cultural corridor, officially opened, with “THE SEED”, the world’s first double-curved twisted glulam dome, as the spiritual landmark of the neighborhood — opening its doors to the public. THE SEED sits at the geometric center of the terraced landscape of West Bund Central Phase II, and it forms a brand-new landscape anchor in Xuhui Waterfront's urban regeneration. The main structure features a dome woven from 96 spiraling, intertwined glulam timber members, evoking a seed sprouting upward through the soil. Harfa Towers
Harfa Towers is a competition proposal for a mixed-use residential block in Prague’s Vysočany district, situated on a prominent triangular site between an active railway corridor and the surrounding urban fabric. The project responds to the scale, movement and industrial character of the location while introducing a new residential quarter with a clear identity, active public spaces and strong connections to public transport.
The competition brief originally called for a single high-rise building. Shivalik Curv is designed as a symbol of modernity and innovation within Gujarat International Finance Tech-City (GIFT City), India's first operational Greenfield smart city. The client envisioned an office building that would provide 47,000 sqm of Grade-A office space across 32 floors, while creating an instant visual identity for the area. Rising 120m with its fluid, rotational form, this office tower is a unique architectural landmark that reflects the evolving identity of GIFT city.
