Kronløb Island
Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects has led a team comprised of COBE, Sted, and Rambøll in the design of the brand-new Kronløb Island in Copenhagen's Nordhavn district.
Making use of bridge connections to both Århusgadekvarteret and Sundmolen, Kronløb Island serves as an important stepping stone and gateway to the city district, which will be densified and linked by several new public urban and harbour spaces.

Bella Tower
Bella Tower was designed by Vilhelm Lauritzen Arkitekter in collaboration with COBE, and is a striking feature at the entrance to Bellakvarter. The 60 meter high residential tower is designed in a white grid of raw concrete elements, which are placed on a dark brick base, which forms the framework around a green, nature-rich farm environment. The residences in the base go up to the 5th floor and have balconies and secluded terraces facing the courtyard, while the tower rises 19 stories and has balconies all around. The property consists of a total of 199 apartments with 2-6 rooms.

Tip of Nordø
Situated on Kronløb Island in Copenhagen’s Nordhavn, The Tip of Nordø rises to 60 meters—an impressive circular office building that serves as a contemporary beacon at the city’s harbor entrance. Designed by Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects in collaboration with COBE, Tredje Natur, and Rambøll, the building references the industrial heritage of its surroundings while embodying modern sustainability principles.

CoBe designs a mixed-use development as part of an urban renewal program
Multidisciplinary architecture and design firm CoBe has completed the design and construction of the Laherrère center, a mixed-use development in Pau (a commune overlooking the Pyrenees in southern France). In the heart of Pau’s Saragosse district, an area undergoing major urban redevelopment, CoBe, in collaboration with partner architect WEEK, built two buildings that comprise housing for students and young workers, office and training spaces, craft premises, shops, and services.

Laherrère center - Saragosse district
On the Laherrère Square in Pau (France), in the heart of the Zaragoza district, CoBe’s architects, urban planners, landscapers, designers and site managers, in co-contracting with WEEK agency, just built two 11,210 m2 buildings of an ambitious program led by Pau Béarn Habitat.
