This project incorporated a significant addition and conversion of a former retail building that was being used for church services into eight dramatic new co-living units.  Each unit contains six, en-suite bedrooms with common living spaces. The Episode is a Co-Living brand launched by SK D&D to solve the problems of Korean society, where many people are isolated and disconnected due to the lack of housing and the uniformity of housing space.
